Kim Jong Unbuits North Korean residents laughed, this potential impact on health.

Under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, the North Korean government (North Korea) forbade residents to laugh up to 11 days to commemorate the ten years of death of Kim Jong Il, former North Korean leader and father Kim Jong Un, on December 17. So-called residents must show the atmosphere and not be involved in recreational activities.

“In the past, many people were caught drinking or drunk during the mourning period were arrested and treated as ideological criminals.
